Project Objectives are:
- To promote fairness and transparency in continued Georgian electoral reform. To facilitate civil society participation in the local self-government reform process.
- ISFED will produce and present three policy briefs, focusing on changes to the national electoral system, suggested changes in the local electoral system, and the rules governing the composition of the electoral administration;
- ISFED will conduct an analysis of the electoral system used in local elections.
- ISFED will produce a report with concrete recommendations for the Georgian government. The report will be presented at the event in Tbilisi;
- ISFED will produce a policy paper analyzing recent changes in the rules governing the formation of the electoral administration. The paper will be presented at an event in Tbilisi for experts and representatives of the election administration;
- ISFED will continue to advocate for reforms throughout the project period.

Project Objectives:
1. Increasing awareness of women from ethnic minority regions and encouraging their participation in elections;
2. Carrying out youth voter education, particularly for the first-time voters from regions, to encourage their involvement in elections;
3. Improving understanding of local public officials on election period regulations and responsibilities of LSGs;
4. Improving the institutional capacity of local CSOs by engaging them in project activities and increasing their accountability to target groups.
Project activities:
• Meetings with Ethnic minority women from Samtskhe-Javakheti, Kvemo Kartli and Kakheti region;
• Delivering trainings to the first and second year University students, recent high-school graduates or those graduating from high-school in University towns in the regions. Namely, in Akhaltsikhe, Batumi, Gori, Kutaisi, Telavi, Zugdidi;
• Delivering information regarding election code regulations and requirements mandated to the LSG public officials. The trainings will be conducted in regional municipalities across Georgia;
• Organizing public discussion event on the challenges facing the disabled voters in order to exercise their electoral rights;
• Training of Trainers; · Preparing video and print materials including in minority languages; · Producing a handbook for LSGs highlighting major requirements for them with “do’s” and “don’ts” in the pre-election period;
• Closing conference and photo exhibition.

Project Objectives are:• To foster cross-border cooperation and communication between civil society organizations in thefield of fighting political corruption through joint initiatives and advocacy activities run in the EaP countries;
• To strengthen the capacities of civil society organizations in monitoring political parties and election campaign funding in the EaP countries by closer interaction, communication and exchange of experience between election observation organizations.
Project Activities:
• Comparative and comprehensive assessment of the potential of the current laws on elections and political parties to fight political corruption in the EaP countries;
• Informational and advocacy workshops;
• Summer camp on combating political corruption;
• Study visit in Georgia with focus on country’s experience in monitoring of political party and election campaign financing.

• Contributing to the establishment of fair and equal pre-election environment through the long-term observation;

Project Activities:
• Monitoring of pre-election campaign by 62 long-term observers across Georgia;
• Issuing interim and final pre-election monitoring report;
• Assistance by the expert for PVT sampling and observation on Election Day;
• Election Day SMS simulation.

წარმოდგენილი პროექტის ფარგლებში ფონდ „ღია საზოგადოება - საქართველოს“ ევროინტეგრაციის პროგრამა და პარტნიორი ორგანიზაციები: სამართლიანი არჩევნებისა და დემოკრატიის საერთაშორისო საზოგადოება, საქართველოს ახალგაზრდა იურისტთა ასოციაცია, საერთაშორისო გამჭვირვალობა - საქართველო, ციხის საერთაშორისო რეფორმა, კონსტიტუციის 42-ე მუხლი, კავშირი „საფარი“, პარტნიორობა ადამიანის უფლებებისთვის, მსოფლიო გამოცდილება საქართველოსთვის, საქართველოს საზოგადოებრივ საქმეთა ინსტიტუტი მონიტორინგს უწევენ საქართველო-ევროკავშირის ასოცირების ხელშეკრულების, ასოცირების დღის წესრიგის და ასოცირების დღისწესრიგის განხორციელების 2016 წლის ეროვნული სამოქმედო გეგმის შესრულებას. პროექტის მიზანია ევროინტეგრაციის პროცესში საქართველოს ხელისუფლების ანგარიშვალდებულების გაზრდა.
პროექტით გათვალისწინებული საქმიანობები:
პროექტის ფარგლებში ხდება პოლიტიკის დოკუმენტებისა და მონიტორინგის ერთი წლის ანგარიშის შემუშავება, რომელიც მოიცავს შემდეგ ცხრა სფეროს: მართლმსაჯულება, საარჩევნო გარემო, კორუფციის წინააღმდეგ ბრძოლა და ადმინისტრაციული რეფორმა, წამება და არასათანადო მოპყრობა, პროფესიული კავშირთა უფლებები და ძირითადი შრომის სტანდარტები, თანასწორობა, ბავშვთა უფლებები, მედიის თავისუფლება და ენერგოუსაფრთხოება.
სამოქალაქო საზოგადოების წარმომადგენლები აფასებენ იმ რეფორმების განხორციელების პროცესსა და მიღწეულ შედეგებს, რომელიც დაგეგმილია საქართველო-ევროკავშირს შორის გაფორმებული ასოცირების ხელშეკრულებისა და ასოცირების დღის წესრიგის მიხედვით; იმუშავებენ და ქვეყნის ხელისუფლებას, ისევე როგორც ევროკავშირის ინსტიტუტებს, წარუდგენენ რეკომენდაციებს. პროექტის მიმდინარეობისას მჭიდრო თანამშრომლობა მიმდინარეობს ევროპის პარლამენტთან, ევროკავშირის საგარეო ურთიერთობათა სამსახურთან, საქართველოში ევროკავშირის დელეგაციასთან და ევროკავშირის წევრი ქვეყნების დიპლომატური კორპუსის წარმომადგენლებთან.

Project Objectives are:
• To promote civic participation in democratic reform processes
• To endorse the advocacy campaign aimed at supporting the civil society recommendations
• To facilitate exchange of information and dialogue between civil society, political parties, government, media and other stakeholders throughout the reforms.
Project Activities:
• Elaborate recommendations in respect of electoral, local self-government and constitutional reforms;
• Participate in the work of the constitutional commission and other working groups created for electoral and local self-government reforms;
• Advocate recommendations on electoral reform and provide information to the public by videos, infographics, leaflets press-conferences, interviews and statements. Post information about reform on the web-site of the organizations and social networks;
· • Participate in 9 round-table meetings in regions and Tbilisi organized by partner organization for providing information about elaborated recommendations to the public.

Project objectives are:
• To contribute to establishment of politically neutral and discrimination-free public service;
• To protect rights of civil servants through appealing to the court in the cases of illegal dismissal;
• To increase awareness among public servants about their rights and responsibilities.
Project Activities:
• Providing legal aid to the civil servants who are illegally dismissed on political grounds or otherwise discriminated against at public service bodies;
• Monitoring political rallies and participation of civil servants in them;
• Assessing the work of the MOES Special Commission and elaborating recommendations for anticipated alternative investigative mechanisms under different ministries/prosecutor’s office.

Project Objectives:
The project aims to:
• To promote civic participation in democratic reform processes;
• To promote the fairness and transparency of the Georgian electoral process;
• To encourage decentralization and the independence of local government in Georgia.
Project Activities:
Within the project ISFED will carry out following activities:
• Elaborate recommendations in respect of constitutional, electoral and local self-government reforms;
• Participate in the work of constitutional commission, inter-faction working group and local self-government reform group;
• Conduct 12 round-table meetings in order to inform society about the ongoing reforms. Target groups of the round-table meetings will be political parties, non-governmental organizations, representatives of local self-government and election commissions, media and other interested parties;
• Provide information to the society about the ongoing reform process via talk-shows, press-conferences, interviews and statements. Information will be available also on the web-site and social media site of the organization.

Project Objectives:
- Increase transparency and fairness of local self-government elections through election observation mission;
- Strengthen civil society participation in anticipated reforms;
- Support increase of capacity of newly elected self-governments.
Project Activities:
• Monitoring the pre-election period of the 2014 local self-government elections through 73 long-term observers;
• Election Day observation of the local self-government elections through Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT) methodology by over 1000 short-term observers, up to 80 mobile groups and 20 lawyers;
• Monitoring of the post-election period;
• Monitoring of the post-election appeals and adjudication process through supporting the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association;
• Recording the election period incidents and trends on the interactive maps of the Elections Portal;
• Participation in the local self-government, Constitutional and electoral reforms through engagement in the relevant working groups and commissions and provision of recommendations;
• Monitoring the work of the newly elected self-governments in the context of staff changes, access to information, openness of sessions, and citizen engagement in the local budget discussions;
• Monitoring the attestation and competition process in the self-governments;
• Assessment of the trends revealed by the local self-government monitoring and submission of recommendations for improvement;
• Strengthening ISFED institutional capacity.
